1. Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract with Vaquform within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost other than those described in Section 4 below.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If the withdrawal period would otherwise expire on a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by way of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may do this by any of the following methods:

•      Using the online withdrawal function available at [insert URL of withdrawal page/button], which will guide you through identifying your order and confirming your withdrawal in two steps.

•      Completing and submitting the Model Withdrawal Form provided in Section 7 of this policy, or any other clear and unambiguous statement, by email to feedback@vaquform.com.

It is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay, by email, confirming the date and time your request was received.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the Goods

You must send the goods back to us, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Based on the size and nature of the Vaquform DT2, the cost of returning the goods is estimated at a maximum of approximately [insert estimated amount], though the actual cost will depend on your location and chosen carrier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not a fixed percentage deduction. You will not be liable for any diminished value if we failed to provide you with notice of your right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with all accessories, manuals, and components included, to minimize any assessment of diminished value.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of contracts under EU law, including, among others, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Where applicable to specific Vaquform accessories or consumables, this will be noted at the point of sale.

6. No Notice, Extended Withdrawal Period

If we fail to provide you with the information concerning your right of withdrawal as required under this policy and applicable law, the withdrawal period will be extended to twelve (12) months and fourteen (14) days from the date you received the goods.

7. Relationship to Other Vaquform Policies

This policy applies in place of the General Return & Refund Policy for consumers located in the European Union. Where a defect arises in the goods that is unrelated to the right of withdrawal described here, the Vaquform DT2 Warranty Policy continues to apply.
