Warranty Policy
Vaquform DT2 Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Vaquform Inc. (“the manufacturer”) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the Date of Receipt, as defined in Section 3. The manufacturer agrees to provide replacement parts for covered defects under the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
2. One (1) Month Product Replacement
The manufacturer offers a full product replacement warranty until one (1) month after the Date of Receipt for defects under the following conditions:
-
Dead-on-arrival (DOA) due to manufacturing defects.
-
Non-serviceable electronic or electrical failure, heating failure, and vacuum failure.
The customer shall provide proof of the above-stated conditions, as well as the proof of purchase described in Section 9.
Shipping and handling fees for an approved replacement under this section shall be shouldered by the manufacturer, up to a maximum of USD $150 (or the equivalent in local currency) per claim. Any shipping cost in excess of this cap shall be the customer’s responsibility. The manufacturer reserves the right to designate the carrier and shipping method used to qualify for this coverage.
3. Date of Receipt
For purposes of this policy, the “Date of Receipt” shall be determined using the delivery date recorded by the shipping courier’s tracking number associated with the order. This date, rather than the invoice or order date, shall serve as the start of all warranty periods described in this policy. The customer shall provide the courier tracking number as part of any warranty claim.
4. One (1) Year Parts Replacement Policy
The manufacturer offers to replace certain parts and components when deemed damaged or defective for up to one (1) year from the Date of Receipt. Parts included in this policy are as follows:
-
Ceramic Heater Modules
-
Vacuum Pumps
-
Internal printed circuit boards
-
Power supplies
-
Switches and relays
-
Infrared sensor
This warranty covers replacement parts only. It is the manufacturer’s intent that the customer perform self-service installation of replacement parts; see Section 8 (Self-Repair Warranty Service). Labor, diagnostic services, technician dispatch, and on-site service are not included under this policy unless otherwise separately agreed in writing.
The customer shall provide proof of the above stated conditions, in addition to the proof of purchase described in Section 9.
Coverage and cost responsibility for shipping shall be determined as follows:
-
If the defect is covered under this policy, the manufacturer shall ship the replacement part to the customer at the manufacturer’s cost, up to a maximum of USD $150 (or the equivalent in local currency) per claim, applied across both directions of shipping (i.e., return of the defective part, if requested, and delivery of the replacement). Any cost in excess of this cap is the customer’s responsibility.
-
If the damage or defect is determined to be caused by the customer, or otherwise falls under Section 6 (Warranty Exclusions), the customer shall be responsible for the full cost of the replacement part as well as all shipping and handling fees in both directions.
5. Replacement, Repair, or Equivalent Part
At its sole discretion, the manufacturer may elect to repair the original part, replace it with a new part, or replace it with a refurbished or functionally equivalent part or component. Where a part is replaced with a refurbished or equivalent item, such replacement shall carry the remainder of the original warranty period applicable to the part being replaced, and not a new warranty period of its own.
6. Warranty Exclusions
The following shall not be covered under this warranty. The customer must provide proof demonstrating that a claimed defect is not attributable to any of the following:
-
Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, breaking due to impact, unauthorized tampering, alteration, or improper use of the product by the user.
-

-
Damages due to the conditions of the environment the machine is stored in, including but not limited to dusty environments, humid environments, and extremely cold environments.
Self-service repair or inspection performed by the customer in accordance with the manufacturer’s official instructions and guidance shall not, by itself, be considered “unauthorized tampering” or “alteration” for purposes of this section. Repairs or modifications that deviate from the manufacturer’s official instructions are not protected by this provision and may void coverage for the affected part.
7. Shipping Damage and Missing Parts Claims
Claims for parts damaged in transit or missing from the shipment upon delivery must be submitted within seven (7) days of the Date of Receipt. Claims of this nature submitted after this period will not be honored.

10. Claims Through Distributors and Resellers
If the machine was purchased from an authorized distributor or reseller rather than directly through Vaquform’s official sales channels, the customer shall first contact that distributor or reseller to initiate the warranty claim, particularly where local service or in-region support would best resolve the issue.
If the distributor or reseller does not respond, or is unable or unwilling to resolve the claim, within seven (7) business days of the customer’s initial request, the customer may escalate the matter directly to Vaquform Inc., which will assume responsibility for resolving the claim in accordance with this policy.
Authorized distributors and resellers are expected to execute the terms of this policy on behalf of Vaquform Inc. and to maintain accurate records of warranty claims handled, which shall be available to Vaquform Inc. upon request.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the manufacturer’s total liability under this warranty, whether arising from contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of production time, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the product, even if the manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Obsolescence and Equivalent Parts

-
The equivalent part is compatible with the customer’s machine setup.
13. Sole and Exclusive Remedy
The remedies set out in this warranty policy constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any defect or issue covered hereunder, and supersede any verbal or written representation made by a distributor, reseller, or other third party that is inconsistent with the terms of this policy. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15. Other Terms
The manufacturer may change or modify the terms under this warranty policy without notice. Such changes or modifications will come into effect upon posting of the policy to the manufacturer’s website or upon sending a copy to the customer.
